• 3-6 years of structured products experience in fixed income, equity derivatives and cash products；

• A solid understanding of corporate clients’ needs to establish financing solutions and cross-sell group company’s products

• Proven track record of originating and closing structured notes and swap deals;

• Ability to establish a strong network across industry, identify and understand institutional clients’ (asset management, SOE, hedge fund, lease, etc) needs ;

• Hold institutional or High-net-worth client base is a plus;

• Ability to work independently to drive growth in bond business in Asia

• Excellent command of English and Mandarin.
