AVP, Futures Department

Responsibilities:

1. Provide technical support and services to quantitative and algorithmic trading clients;

2. Understand the technical requirements related to high-frequency trading and assist clients in resolving issues encountered during quantitative trading;

3. Build familiarity with the quantitative trading client community and expand the client base for quantitative trading;

4. Collect and organize client feedback on trading systems and tools, and collaborate with product and technical teams to optimize product features, enhancing the company's competitiveness in the quantitative trading market;

5. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities in the quantitative trading space, analyze changes in trading behavior and needs among quantitative clients, and formulate targeted strategies for client retention and development;

6. Provide services and sales support to Sales and AEs, and coordinate services projects related to institutional clients.

Requirements:

1. Master degree or above in major of IT, Finance or mathematics related;

2. Minimum 2 years quantitative and algorithmic trading related experience;

3. Prompt reaction to market / regulatory changes, strong sense of responsibility and able to work independently, and under pressure;

4. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin).
